Madhya
This concept art was made for a MIAD class. I wanted to create animal gods based on star systems and sun and moon phases. A city of two opposing empires, one worshipping the sun, and one worshipping the moon. Each have a tower built on hierarchy, to which aristocrats and royals reside at the top. Madhya is connected to magical crystals as well as constellations, both being sacred to each empire. Magic’s ability is affected by seasons as well as the phases of the moon. There is a third, secret empire that had been washed away with time, worshipping the mysterious power of the eclipse.
